Shipping Policy





Most orders ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. Some orders (especially those made of gypsum) take approximately 14 days to make, paint and then ship. All packages will be sent via UPS

When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.

If the shipping address is different from the address provided through PayPal, please contact us prior to payment. If the PayPal address is different, and no special instruction has been provided, Fantasy Sports Trophies will send the order to the address provided.

Shipping Costs


Our shipping and handling cost is a flat rate fee that has been calculated for each item on average cost to ship that item. The weights of your shipment have been pre-calculated to make the cheapest flat rate option for you. Prices are subject to change when being shipped internationally or outside the lower 48 states.


APO/FPO Addresses


Shipping charges to APO/FPO addresses are subject to additional charges that will be dealt with on a case by case basis. The shipping will have to be quoted and paid for prior to shipping.


Delivery to Post Office boxes (P.O. Box)


We do not ship to P.O. boxes due to UPS being our main provider. UPS does not delivery to P.O. boxes.


Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii


We ship to Alaska and Hawaii by UPS or USPS using their available shipping methods and corresponding rates.  You will receive an invoice from us for the additional shipping charges for any location outside the lower 48 states.  Once the invoice is paid, we will release your order for shipping.


Shipping Internationally


We will ship internationally, but the shipment must be quoted and invoiced prior to shipping. Once the charges are determined and paid for then the package will be released for shipment.


Shipping Problems


While we are not responsible for any delays or damage caused by shipping companies, customer satisfaction is our primary concern. If you experience any shipping problems, please contact us. We will do everything possible to correct the situation.

Policy


No products may be returned without prior approval from our customer service department. Because of the highly personalized nature of award products, only items received late or incorrect are eligible for refund consideration. Most of our products are not reusable after they have been engraved or etched, though in some cases, an engraving plate can be replaced in order to utilize the award for a different occasion or recipient. Please contact us to discuss this on a case-by-case basis.
